The present provisions govern the use of
www.femp.es (hereinafter, the website), which the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (hereinafter, the FEMP) places at the disposal of internet users.

The FEMP is an association of Spanish local entities registered in the Register of Associations of the Ministry of the Interior under no. 51385, bearing Tax Identification Code no.
