Collection in revenue through enforcement of public law of the local governments


The BOE has published in its pages, the agreement between the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) and the FEMP whereby the tax collection agency assumes executive management of various resources of public law of the local governments when they they are assigned.


 

 
The resources referred to the published text are the resources of public law of nature resources tax and nontax public law, are exempt those public law of the local governments whose collection process had been previously assumed by agreement for any Community Autonomous.
 
In the case of a Provincial Government, the Tax Office may also take the collection process of the Local executive whose management had taken the council tax collection.
 
The agreement published by the BOE was signed on April 28 between President of the FEMP, Pedro Castro, and President of the State Tax Administration Agency, Carlos Ocaña.
 
The powers vested in this process to the Tax Office and the Corporation for Local and the collection procedure and other details of the process are detailed in the text of the agreement which includes the BOE, along with several attachments with different specifications.
