The FEMP and INJUVE municipal programs collaborate to promote prevention of violence against women and health programs


The President of the FEMP, Pedro Castro, the Minister for Equality, Bibiana Aido, and the Director General of the Institute for Youth (INJUVE), Gabriel Alconchel, this morning signed a collaboration agreement aimed at preventing gender violence, health promotion and youth emancipation support from the Local Administration


Specifically, the agreement is to support those programs with grants offered by councils to prevent gender-based violence by promoting new models of masculinity. The agreement also addresses health programs for the prevention of unwanted pregnancies among adolescents and youth, and youth empowerment programs based on the professional integration of young people.
 
Signed the agreement, shall fix the deadline for councils to submit their program proposals to FEMP.
