Manuel Chaves claimed local ownership in the new economic model and commitment to Multilevel Governance
The Minister of Territorial Policy, Manuel Chaves, has opted for the implementation of multilevel governance and called for this purpose, collaboration and involvement of all levels of management in the design of public policies.
