The article argues, however, still requires action in areas such as promoting the representation and participation of women in Local Government or the incorporation of equality as a crosscutting theme in the "all work areas of city councils and provincial councils. "

In the Declaration, the FEMP finally reiterates its determination to intensify cooperation activities with all public institutions and social partners to combat the manifestations of discrimination and promote real equality initiatives.
